house is situated one block from the beach, and a 5
minute walk from quaint and historic downtown Hanalei.
It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a quarter-acre
of lushly landscaped property adjacent to a conservation
area.

The Hibiscus:
3 bedrooms This home has a very light, spacious
and open feeling. Maluhia Hanalei has just recently
been newly furnished and decorated in March of
2000. The lanais and patios are furnished for relaxing
and eating outdoors. In addition to new furniture
in most areas of the house, each of the three units
has a TV, VCR, sound system, microwave, toaster
oven, blender, and coffeemaker and fully equipped
kitchens with a generous supply of dishes, glasses,
pots and pans and utensils.

The Plumeria Suite:
2 Bedrooms (Downstairs Unit) The Plumeria Suite
consists of 2 Bedrooms. It has a private patio where
you can sit back, enjoy the view and wake up to the
sounds of the many different species of birds in the
trees surrounding the property. The unit also has a
washer/dryer, hotplate, electric skillet and electric
rice cooker/steamer.

The Ginger Suite: Downstairs
Unit The spacious Ginger Studio features a queen

| For all Maluhia Hanalei
units: 11.4% tax and cleaning fee additional, $500
security deposit required to hold reservations. This
will be refunded minus the cleaning fee following the
rental. |

Upstairs- The graciously furnished upstairs
offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, plus and extensive loft area. There
are 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, 2 twins & a queen size sofa
bed, altogether the upstairs sleeps up to 10 people. The loft
is set up with sitting areas, some of which can be converted
into extra sleeping accommodations. It is a lovely area to relax
& view the yachts sailing into the bay; mountain waterfalls
or the buffalo herd in the field beyond the Hanalei River. There
is a large wraparound lanai for relaxing; barbecuing & dining
outside. Additional features are cable TV, VCR, stereo/cassette/CD;
hair dryers, games & books.

| Apartment - A Completely private
& nicely furnished two bedroom apartment is on the garden level.
There is a living room with a dining area; fully equipped kitchen;
all linens; as well as a patio for outdoor barbecuing & dining.
The back bedroom has a queen size bed & there are 2 twins in
the front bedroom which can be converted into a king, altogether
sleeping up to 4 people. Additional features are cable TV, VCR,
stereo/cassette/CD; hair dryer, games & books. |
